Out of the chaos of last year, we were blessed with Corkscrew.  His name comes from his little deformed tail.  Corkscrew was sent to us to remind us to take time for love and laughter.  He has also taught us and the whole "family" patience!

At 7 weeks old, weighing only 3 lbs. and 6 oz., Corkscrew needed surgery to save his life.  Dr. Amanda Allison operated on Corkscrew and with her amazing skill and the loving care she and her staff provided, Corkscrew is doing wonderfully!  He is full of life and taking his teaching job seriously.  THANK YOU so much to Dr. Amanda, Rachel and everyone at Countryside Veterinary Clinic in Garnett, Kansas.  We would not be enjoying this little blessing without all of your help!

The Latest News and Updates at
Goathead Hill Farm
Despite our 'remodeling dust', we are so excited about the new design of the website.  We hope you find it easier to navigate, more fun to visit and that you will keep coming back to see us!   Some of the features we look forward to are automatic Driving Directions from MapQuest, a Guest Book allowing you to share your thoughts with us or just say hello, and faster and more accurate updates.

If you have not yet signed the Guest Book on the Home page, please do so before you leave!  We would love to hear from you.

Our hearts have been touched by the kindness and generosity of those who helped with clean up, rebuilding fences, replacing our hay and donating food for us and our farm.  We extend our deepest gratitude for the prayers and the overwhelming kindness.  From the bottom of our hearts we thank each and every one of you.
